Caliber Acquires Four Florida Shops

Aug. 25, 2014—Caliber Collision Centers has acquired four Florida collision repair centers, the company announced recently.

The acquisition includes three Universal Auto Body Centers in the Orlando area and a Flagler Collision in Palm Coast.

“Today’s openings in Florida further enhance our ability to restore customers to the rhythm of their lives in the Eastern U.S., as we deliver on our commitment to expand customer convenience while providing industry-leading metrics in every market we serve,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision Centers’ chief executive officer.

The shops opened for business Friday and are located at:

  • 2024 Wellfleet Court in Orlando
  • 430 Kane Court in Oviedo
  • 17649 US Hwy 27 in Clermont
  • 3 Market Place Court in Palm Coast

The purchases brings Caliber’s portfolio of repair centers to 186 across nine states.
