April 5, 2016—FinishMaster Inc., a subsidiary of Uni-Select Inc., announced Monday the acquisition of Annex Group Inc.
The acquisition of the nine Annex locations expands FinishMaster’s market reach in the state of Washington and three metropolitan markets in California.
