BASF Names Employee, Salesperson of the Year

April 26, 2016—BASF’s Automotive Refinish Business named Richard Oster the 2015 North America Employee of the Year and Robert Alvarado as 2015 North America Salesperson of the Year. 

The awards were presented at the first annual Coatings Impact Awards presentation in Whitehouse, OH.

Oster, strategic account manager, was recognized for not only exceeding his sales goals but also for his commitment to the business and serving as a role model and mentor. 

Robert Alvarado, sales account representative, was recognized for driving growth and market share.

“In order for our business to exceed we need to perform on the highest level in every function,” said Paul Whittleston, BASF vice president, Automotive Refinish. “Both Rich and Robert are the epitome of high performing employees.”
