April 28, 2015--Mitchell has honored 375 shops across the U.S. with its 2015 AutocheX Solution Premier Achiever Awards, recognizing shops for high achievements in customer satisfaction.
AutocheX is Mitchell International’s customer experience management service, and the annual Premier Achiever awards program is now in its 13th year.
The AutocheX program surveys customers from the 7,500 shops actively participating in the program. Customers are asked to rate their overall experience in terms of customer service and satisfaction among other detailed experience-related questions.
"The AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards' winners provide a model for all shops to aspire to," said Jim O'Leary, vice president of product management. "These repair shops have gone out of their way to honor their commitment to their customers and deliver the industry's best service on a daily basis."
