April 17, 2015—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced that it is expanding its insurance relations team to service its continually growing relationships with insurance carriers.
CARSTAR said it already has the industry’s largest and most experienced insurance relations team, but record sales in 2014 and marked growth in DRP partnerships have led CARSTAR to proactively seek new senior team members across the country.
“There is pronounced growth with our insurance carriers, and we want to make sure we are developing our insurance relations team to meet that growth and provide the highest-quality service to them,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts. “As the needs for DRP programs evolve, we are working to be ahead of that curve with our advanced technology, repair performance and experienced insurance staff."
CARSTAR said it is seeking qualified senior-level insurance professionals with experience in claims management, DRP management, KPI programs and excellent customer service.
