Texas Shops Merge to Create Eight-Shop MSO

April 10, 2015

April 9, 2015—ProCare Automotive & Collision Inc. and all four locations of Ellis & Salazar recently announced that they have merged operations in the Central Texas area.

The new combined company will continue to offer locally owned, family-based collision repair to the area.

The business names will remain the same until further notice.

“I know they had other offers from larger companies and I'm thankful that they chose ProCare's family culture and commitment to service as the closest match to what Ellis & Salazar has spent over 60 years building for their customers and employees," said Clay Fallis, owner of ProCare Automotive & Collision.

When two of the partners at Ellis & Salazar were looking to retire, co-owner Joseph Lewright started to explore his options before deciding to partner with long-time colleagues Fallis and ProCare president Vince Brock.

Lewright, Fallis and Brock will now own and operate the newly formed eight-shop MSO.
