April 7, 2014—ABRA Auto Body & Glass finalized the acquisition of Knoxville Collision Center on Friday, the company’s first location in Knoxville, Tenn.
ABRA now has Tennessee locations in Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga, and according to a press release, the company expects to continue its growth in the area.
“Knoxville Collision Center is well-regarded as a leader in the community for their standard of services, solid relationships, and level of expertise,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and chief executive officer. “This acquisition is not only an excellent complement to our Tennessee operations, but it also reaffirms our growth strategy while enhancing ABRA’s brand name across the country.”
ABRA now has 194 locations in 17 states.
