Federated Auto Parts Recognizes Two Members with Awards

May 9, 2013—North American automotive parts distribution organization Federated Auto Parts recently recognized two of its members with awards during the organization’s national meeting April 24-27 in Orlando, Fla.

The Art Fisher Memorial Membership award was presented to Scott Peterson, president of Midvale, Utah-based ASAP Automotive Warehouse. The Art Fisher Memorial Membership Award honors a Federated Auto Parts member who has demonstrated dedication, leadership and support of Federated’s programs. 

The Co-Man Member of the Year award was presented to Ivan Felton on behalf of Foreign Auto and Truck Supply based in Anchorage, Alaska. The Federated Co-Man Member of the Year award recognizes the participating Federated Auto Parts member who has shown outstanding dedication and support of Federated Auto Parts’ member-owned co-man warehouse operation and programs. 

“Member involvement and support are critical to the success of Federated and it is always an honor to recognize members like Scott and Ivan who are dedicated to making Federated Auto Parts the strong organization it is today,” said Rusty Bishop, CEO of Staunton, Va.-based Federated Auto Parts. “These two distinguished leaders represent the very best of Federated.
