Assured Performance Network, Enterprise announce Elite Service Partner Program

April 23, 2012

April 23, 2012—The Assured Performance Network has partnered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to launch the Enterprise Elite Service Partner Program.

The program, which will officially launch April 24, provides collision repair facilities with access to service tools including Enterprise Priority Pass, an upgraded level of rental service designed to increase customer satisfaction, the Assured Performance Network said. Shops that enroll in the program will also receive several communications tools, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car's ARMS Automotive suite of communication products and Customer Status Notification software that enables shops to keep consumers informed on repair progress.

Enrollment in the Enterprise Elite Service Partner program is open to all repair businesses that are officially certified by the Assured Performance Network and meet the qualifications of its Certified Collision Care Partner Network.

"The Enterprise Elite Service Partner status and tool-set helps fulfill our mission to deliver an exceptional experience and white glove treatment to consumers throughout our Certified Network,” said Scott Biggs, CEO of the Assured Performance Network.
