Keenan Auto Body acquires two new facilities

Dec. 12, 2011

Dec. 12, 2011—Keenan Auto Body recently acquired two collision repair centers, previously known as Bavarian Collision, in Avondale and Kennett Square, Pa.

The two new collision centers, named Keenan Auto Body of Avondale and Keenan Auto Body of Kennett Square, are already operational. Mike LeVasseur, president and chief operations officer of Keenan Auto Body, said the two locations have a combined 20,000-square-feet of production area, and position the company to earn an additional $5 million in annual revenue.

“The acquisition of both Bavarian locations is in line with our strategy of expanding into select target markets and growing our network of repair centers,” said Craig Camacho, marketing director for Keenan Auto Body. “We are very pleased to have once again expanded our footprint and to be able to serve more of the customers in the southern Chester County area, and we are already operational to do just that.”

Clifton Heights, Pa.-based Keenan Auto Body now operates 11 collision repair centers throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
