Fix Auto USA first franchise MSO to adopt VeriFacts program

Nov. 1, 2011

Nov. 1, 2011—VeriFacts Automotive announced that Fix Auto USA has committed to VeriFacts VQ certification across its franchise facilities, marking the first franchise MSO to adopt the verification program.

The VeriFacts VQ Program helps shops identify and inspect all shop equipment related to structural repair. Information and materials used for repairs are reviewed, and the shop’s standard operating procedures are evaluated, as well. The program helps shops verify that they’re in compliance with structural repair processes through a qualified, objective third party.

Fix Auto USA is one of North America’s largest networks of independent collision repair centers. It includes more than 188 network locations across the country, including 43 franchise locations. The company is based in Anaheim Hills, Calif.

“By executing a franchise-wide verification program, Fix Auto is setting the bar high for quality verification among owner-operated MSOs,” said VeriFacts CEO and Co-Founder Farzam Afshar. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Fix Auto USA and are confident the VQ program will prove a great resource for them.”
