Deadline approaching for discounted I-CAR training

July 25, 2012

July 25, 2012—The deadline to qualify for discounted pricing on I-CAR’s new Intro to Collision Repair Series is July 30.

I-CAR said repairers who register for the entire course series by next week qualify for a 30 percent discount off the normal fee.

I-CAR introduced its Intro to Collision Repair Series in April in response to a growing need for entry-level training on basic collision repair processes. I-CAR said the training series is designed for individuals who are new to the industry.

The Intro to Collision Repair series consists of 14 one-hour online courses. It provides an overview of collision repair processes, concepts, repair terminologies, construction materials, and vehicle parts and systems.

“After completing the Intro series, individuals will be able to more clearly explain the collision repair process to customers, answer basic customer questions more easily, reduce call hold time and transfers, and interact more confidently and efficiently with internal and external customers on matters related to collision-damaged vehicles and the repair process,” I-CAR said.

After July 30, I-CAR said pricing for the training will be adjusted to the cost of 14 credit hours. For more information, or to register, visit i-car.com.
