SEMA Show Dedicates Full-day Program to Social Media, Online Marketing

Oct. 2, 2013—The 2013 SEMA Show will feature a one-day conference on Nov. 4 dedicated to helping auto-related businesses succeed in social media and online marketing. The Online Marketing Conference, held the day before the official start of the SEMA Show, will include workshops and lectures from leading industry experts.

“Social media and online marketing can be powerful business tools,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of events and communications. “Yet these tools are fast-paced and constantly changing. The SEMA Show Online Marketing Conference gives business professionals the most up-to-date information in a format designed to meet the industry’s unique needs.”

The program includes three keynote speakers: “Survival of the Fitts! Navigating (& Dominating) the Great 2013 Online Marketing Buzz Kill,” presented by Marty Weintraub of aimCLEAR; “Twitter,” presented by Doug Mooney of Automotive Twitter; and “Hidden Secrets of Amazon,” presented by Bryan Eisenbert of BryanEisenberg.com.

The sessions are grouped into two tracks, a fundamentals track and an intermediate track.
