Caliber Acquires Two Texas Shops

Feb. 27, 2013—Caliber Collision Centers has acquired two new shop locations in Killeen and Harker Heights, Texas, the company announced Tuesday.

The two shops were previously known as Quality Paint and Body.

“We are proud to announce our newest locations with our acquisition of Quality Paint and Body,” said Steve Grimshaw, CEO of Caliber. “After numerous conversations and meetings with Quality Paint and Body’s outstanding ownership team, it was obvious that they and their team members would provide the high quality service, operational consistency and customer focus our clients are looking for in today’s collision repair market.”

Caliber now operates a total of 125 collision repair locations throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Oklahoma.
