April 25, 2012—H&V Collision Centers, the largest independently owned collision repair business in New York's Capital Region, has become the first collision repair operation in the state to qualify for the VeriFacts Verified Quality Medallion status.
VeriFacts is an independent collision repair quality review organization. The review by VeriFacts includes unannounced inspections and audits over a long period of time.
“H&V Collision Centers is honored to be the first collision repair business in New York State to meet the high standards to earn VQ Medallion status. H&V is always working to provide our customers with the highest level of collision repair, and the VQ verification program has helped us in that mission,” said H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr.
Audie Swedeen, director of operation for VeriFacts Automotive, said few shops attain the level of excellence that H&V has.
“Only one percent of collision repairers have the confidence and discipline to subject their operations to a continuing level of strict third-party review,” she said. “Vartan and his team are doing an excellent job at maintaining a high level of repair quality every month.”
