Toyota to Launch Wholesale Parts Development Tool Nationally

Jan. 23, 2013

Jan. 23, 2013—Toyota will launch Summit Consulting International Inc.’s (SCI) Part Sales Xcellerator (PSX) tool to all STAR Elite dealers in the first half of 2013, according to an SCI press release.

The wholesale parts development tool allows dealerships greater visibility into their wholesale parts business, allowing dealers to improve parts sales based on customer buying habits. Besides identifying sales opportunities, PSX also helps dealers easily manage sales activities and promote business through targeted email marketing.

“With PSX, our dealers can quickly and easily consolidate data so they know exactly how their accounts are performing, while also identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities,” said Jerry Raskind, Wholesale Development Manager, Toyota Motor Sales. “PSX’s CRM capabilities make it simple and efficient for dealers to track all prospect and customer information and activities so they can meet the needs of their accounts, market more effectively, and increase their wholesale business.”
