NABC’s Pride Awards nomination deadline approaching

Sept. 14, 2011

Sept. 14, 2011—The nomination deadline for the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) 16th annual Pride Awards is Sept. 20.

The PRIDE Awards recognize people who perform selfless acts of kindness or other humanitarian deeds outside their role in the collision industry. Any individual, business organization or group employed in a segment of the collision industry is eligible to be nominated.

“Please make sure the unsung heroes dotting the landscape of the collision repair industry get the recognition they deserve by submitting a nomination right now,” said Janet Chaney, chair of NABC’s Pride committee. “Even with the deadline looming, it is not too late as NABC has provided the necessary tools to make the nominating process fast and easy.”

Nomination forms can be mailed to the NABC or submitted online, according to the NABC. Visit autobodycouncil.org for more information about the nomination process.

The Pride Awards presentation will be held at the Collision Industry Achievement luncheon during the 2011 SEMA Show, which is scheduled for Nov. 1-4 in Las Vegas.
