CSi Complete offers free surveys

June 3, 2011

June 3, 2011 — CSi Complete in a partnership with VehicleOwnersGuide.com is offering five free customer satisfaction surveys and a mini report to users of EstimateScrubber.com.

John Webb, president and chief operating officer of CSi Complete, said he hopes the free services expose many shops to customer satisfaction indexing (CSI).

“For any shop owner or manager who has been thinking about trying CSI, this is a good opportunity to try it out with no risk,” he said.

CSi Complete allows shops to get customer feedback through a two-minute phone survey. If a customer has a comment or concern, a “hot sheet” report is sent, allowing repair centers to be proactive in resolving problems.

EstimateScrubber.com, run through VehicleOwnersGuide.com, reviews estimates against a list of 700 non-included items mapped against 9,000 estimate line descriptions. It’s meant to help shops scrub estimates for missing non-included items and users can initiate CSI surveys as part of the estimating process.

Once a shop has used five free surveys and received the mini report, it can continue to use EstimateScrubber.com to launch CSI studies bought through CSi Complete. For more information on CSi Complete, go to csicomplete.com.
