Oct. 10, 2011—PPG Industries on Monday announced Toyota has endorsed the use of its Global Refinish System D8113 clearcoat for refinish repair on the new Lexus LFA super sports car.
The PPG clearcoat is the first to pass Toyota’s specification criteria for the $400,000 vehicle’s signature matte black finish, according to PPG.
