Management Success! to Host Webinar Series

Nov. 8, 2013

Nov.8, 2013—Management Success!, an auto industry consulting firm, will host a series of webinars aimed at educating auto shop owners beginning Nov. 20.

The free webinars will be led by Robert Spitz, senior vice president of business development at Management Success!. The webinars are set to take place the second to last Wednesday of every month at 4 p.m.

During each seminar, Spitz will be joined by two guest shop owners, one from the collision repair industry and one from the mechanical repair industry, who will share their experiences and successful actions they made after going through tough times.

Spitz said the focus of the webinars will be to give shop owners tips on how to achieve their financial goals, with a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

“You must have an accurate system of tracking and monitoring certain numbers across your business relating to marketing, sales, production, quality control and profits,” Spitz said. “Understanding how these numbers work gives you a gauge of your business. Once you know your starting point, you can learn how to make adjustments to tremendously expand the success and profitability of your shop.”
