Mitchell launches IT management product for collision shops

Feb. 24, 2010

Feb. 24, 2010—Mitchell International Inc. launched Mitchell Managed IT Services, an IT management product for collision repair facilities.

The Managed IT Services offers monthly management reports, telephone help desk support, anti-virus and threat detection, and data back-up and restore capabilities.

The Managed Services product gives repair facilities a way to add expert IT resources so they can focus on their primary business—collision repair—not their computers, says Jason Bertellotti, Mitchell's vice president of repair solutions. Bertellotti says the product can reduce the downtime and cost of IT management and increase productivity.

The product is offered in collaboration with Dell and The I.T. Pros, a Dell-certified managed services partner.

Shops can try the product with a free 60-day trial.
