Columbus Body Shop Owner Donates 300 Bikes

Dec. 26, 2013

Dec. 26, 2013—The East Coast Body Shop in Columbus, Ga., gave away nearly 300 bikes to area children this past Christmas in the second annual Music Essential Showcase.

"This year we helped approximately 283 kids,” Chester Jackson told WTVM.com. “Children that I don't even know their names, but because the community is involved, they played the part to give back to the child.”

Many of the bikes given away were donated from people around the Columbus community.
