Two California MSOs Merge

Dec. 31, 2012—Two California-based multiple-shop collision repair operations recently merged into one company.

Granite Bay, Calif.-based Bodycraft Collision Centers, which operates 14 repair locations, merged with Golden State Collision Centers, operator of five repair locations. The company—known as Golden State Collision Repair Centers, A Bodycraft Company—now provides 19 collision repair facilities throughout California.

Golden State Collision Repair Centers, A Bodycraft Company officially began operating Dec. 15.
