Service King donates vehicle to wildfire victim

Sept. 16, 2011—Service King Collision Repair Centers on Thursday donated a vehicle to a Texas family who lost their home, belongings and car in the Bastrop County wildfires.

Service King donated a 2009 Camry to Travis and Meghan Shepherd to help them get back on their feet. The company also donated gas cards, a baby seat, baby necessities and $600 in cash to pay the sales tax to transfer the title of the car to the family.

The donation was made at B & B Body and Paint in North Lamar, Texas, one of five B & B locations that Service King recently acquired.
