Dec. 19, 2013—Go Body Shop Manager (GBSM) Enterprises LLC announced on Thursday the launch of its new website designed specifically for the collision industry, gobodyshopmanager.com.
“The idea for the site came from a conversation with a frustrated body shop manager after he had been trying to find something on the web for his business, and had spent way too much time in the attempt with little or no results,” said Rich Gehris of GBSM.
According to a press release_notes, the site was designed to provide shop owners and managers a single destination to find specific collision industry information.
"We are completely independent and neutral to the industry," Gehris said.
There are more than 40 different business categories and hundreds of sub categories for owners and managers to peruse on the site. The site has been in development for more than a year, and data for over 50,000 body shops and 10,000 vendors is available.
Industry vendors and suppliers that have been pre-enrolled on the site can become an annual member by logging into the site and claiming their profile page, further customizing information provided about their products and services.
