March 15, 2012—The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) on Thursday announced the two keynote speakers who will present during its 2012 Be The Change conference, which is scheduled for May 6-8 at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta.

WIN said Robyn Benincasa, an adventure racer, firefighter and motivational speaker, will present a keynote address titled “Extreme Change: Adapt, Overcome & Win As One,” in which she will share stories of triumph through adversity. Benincasa will outline methods that can be used to embrace challenges and roadblocks as a chance to learn and excel, according to WIN.

"From her work as a firefighter to her accomplishments as a world-class athlete and Eco-Challenge Adventure Racing world champion, Robyn has met and conquered many challenges,” said Marcy Tieger, conference planner for WIN. “She is an exuberant and inspiring speaker, and we are excited to hear her insights about triumph through times of change."

Cathy Bonner, CEO of Service King Collision Repair Centers, will also present a keynote address titled “The Ten Commandments of Leadership.” WIN said Bonner is a business entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience leading multi-million dollar organizations in both the private and public sectors. Fortune Magazine has named Bonner as one of the 25 most influential women entrepreneurs in America.
