Nov. 20, 2013

Nov. 20, 2013—The National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Annual Golf Fundraiser announced this week that it has more than 20 collision industry companies signed up to support the event, including Hertz as the presenting sponsor.

The event is set for Jan. 15 at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort in Palm Springs, Calif.

“We are excited and thrilled to have such a strong roster of sponsors already step up to support our annual fundraising event,” the NABC fundraising committee said in a stament. “We appreciate and thank our colleagues who, through their sponsorships, recognize the value our collective efforts bring in promoting the image of our collision industry.”

All proceeds of the event go to support NABC’s programs that aim to promote the image of the collision industry, including Recycled Rides, First Responder Emergency Extrication (FREE), and the Distracted Driving Initiative.

In addition to Hertz, event sponsors to date include Sterling Auto Body Centers, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Axalta Coating Systems, AudaAxplore, PPG Automotive Refinish, Sherwin Williams, Team PRP,  ABRA, AkzoNobel, CARSTAR, LKQ, Parts Trader, Chuck Sulkala, Insurance Auto Auctions, Inc., Keenan Auto Body, KerenOr Consultants, Manchester Collision and Ten Point Complete.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are still available ranging from $250 to $2,500.
