Sherwin-Williams offers online reputation management service to A-Plus Network

May 25, 2012—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes recently expanded its affiliation with CSi Complete to provide its A-Plus Network members with SureCritic, an online review and reputation management service operated by CSi Complete.

David Merrell, vice president of sales and service for CSi Complete, said SureCritic is a service is designed to help collision repair shops manage their online reputations. He said the system collects ratings and reviews from collision shop customers, which are posted to search engine optimized Business Review Pages (BRP) specifically designed for Sherwin-Williams’ A-Plus Network member shops.

Troy Neuerburg, manager of marketing business services for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes, said the SureCritic system is meant to help shops improve their online reputation, drive referrals with a positive online presence, displace misleading information online, and expand the reach of various social media platforms.

“We are excited to again team with CSi Complete, and now SureCritic, to provide our network members with one of the finest online customer review and reputation management experiences,” Neuerburg said.
