AudaExplore Integrates AutoWatch with Management System

June 13, 2013

June 13, 2013—AudaExplore’s AutoWatch collision repair tracking software has been integrated with the company’s AutoFocus body shop management system (BMS), the company announced this week.

AudaExplore said the software integration is meant to help collision repair facilities improve communication with vehicle owners and insurers, and save time by eliminating redundant entries.

The integration, which includes the AutoWatch mobile app, allows shops to update AutoFocus from any location using a smartphone or tablet computer. In addition, AutoFocus users can use the system to update the status of a repair through AutoWatch, including uploading and posting digital vehicle images, with one single data entry.

“For shops that use AutoWatch to improve communication with vehicle owners on behalf of their insurance carriers, the integration saves time and effort, allowing employees to work more efficiently as they manage their business and communicate with customers and insurers,” said Gordon Henderson, vice president of collision repair services for AudaExplore.
