Jan. 12, 2011 — After 13 years of development and revision, collision repair chain Fix Auto USA rolled out a new business model this month that includes 37 new franchise locations.
The new model adds a franchise option to network membership with the goal of “promoting a concentrated, multi-location collision repair organization committed to providing consistent results and superior customer service,” according to a news release_notes about the change.
Paul Gange, president and chief operating officer of Fix Auto, said the new model caters to customers’ need for consistency, transparency, efficiency and concentrated scale. Erick Bickett, founder and CEO of Fix Auto, said aligning the facilities should boost performance, returning meaningful results for insurance customers and a better experience for vehicle owners.
