CIC Repair Standards Advisory Committee release_notess report, seeks comment

Dec. 28, 2011—Quantitative results from a study by the Collision Industry Conference's (CIC) Repair Standards Advisory Committee have been released, and the CIC is now seeking comment on the study.

The committee’s study included a lengthy survey to gather and document a broad range of views on repair standards. The questions used and unedited answers from the industry are  now available in a draft report. Anyone interested in looking at the answers and commenting is urged to offer their viewpoint at the CIC meeting in Palm Springs, Calif., on Jan. 13.

The committee was formed by the CIC, and their study can be viewed on the CIC website.
