April 14, 2011 — As of this week, more than 1 million estimates have been written via the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform, CCC Information Services Announced Thursday.
The millionth estimate was written at Sellers Collision Center in Farmington Hills, Mich. Brian Luka, the manager there, said the shop started using CCC ONE in December.
“The switch was pretty easy,” Luka said. “Whenever you make any changes to your business, you’re apprehensive. But as soon as you get into ONE, you find out that it’s really easy to navigate—very user-friendly. And keeping all of the work in-line? It does a lot of the thinking for you.”
Jim Dickens, senior vice president of CCC Automotive Services Group, said the CCC ONE platform is continually improved through customer feedback and nonstop development.
