Management Success! Offers Series of Free Webinars

Jan. 28, 2014

Jan. 28, 2014—Management Success! announced Tuesday that it will be continuing its series of webinars aimed at educating auto shop owners on Feb. 19 at 4 p.m. PST.

The webinar series, which takes place on the second to last Wednesday every month, is hosted by Robert Spitz, senior vice president of business development at Management Success!

Each seminar, Spitz is joined by two guest shop owners—one from the collision segment and one from general repair—who will also share their respective stories.

The focus of these webinars is to give shop owners tips on how to achieve their financial goals. One of the topics covered to help with that goal is education about managing Key Production Indicators, or shop statistics.

“You must have an accurate system of tracking and monitoring certain numbers across your business relating to marketing, sales, production, quality control, and profits,” said Spitz. “Understanding how these numbers work gives you a gauge of your business. Once you know your starting point, you can learn how to make adjustments to tremendously expand the success and profitability of your shop.”

Interested shop owners can register for free online.
