Restyling market to have large presence at SEMA

Oct. 9, 2012

Oct. 9, 2012 — Representing one of the industry’s key market segments, more than 300 companies from the restyling market will be featured in the Restyling & Car Care Accessories area of the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Oct. 30 through Nov. 2.

The companies on hand will include manufacturers of seat covers, dash covers, floor mats and sunroofs, among other things.

“The restyling market focuses on the appearance of a vehicle,” Peter MacGillivray, SEMA VP of events and communications, said in a press release_notes. “The industry is filled with products that enhance the styling and appearance of cars, trucks and SUVs. It really is the foundation of what we consider to be fashion for the automotive industry.”

The restyling section has traditionally represented one of the show’s three largest segments, and it will feature a number of programs and activities throughout the week.
