Oct. 9, 2013—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts is opening its first Jacksonville, Fla., market, American CARSTAR Collision, owned by Randy Sikes.

The CARSTAR network has more than 430 locations in 32 states and 10 Canadian provinces.
