Caliber Acquires Colorado’s Global Collision

Nov. 12, 2013—Caliber Collision Centers announced Monday that it has acquired nine Global Collision locations in and around the Denver market.

“Our acquisition of Global Collision dramatically expands our penetration in this market while providing greater customer convenience throughout the Denver area,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision Centers’ president and CEO. “This acquisition also enhances Caliber’s ability to deliver complete customer satisfaction, operational consistency and carrier cost management as we restore our Colorado customers to the rhythm of their lives.”

The acquisition brings the total Caliber locations in Colorado to 13 and the nationwide total to 157.
