April 15, 2013—CCC Information Services Inc. has donated $25,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation.

The Education Foundation said the donation will fund four collision student scholarships, which will be given away in May.

CCC will also award one school collision repair program with a $10,000 “Classroom Makeover Grant" to purchase necessary classroom materials and equipment. The winning school will be selected from the schools that apply for the 2013 Education Foundation “Ultimate Collision Education Makeover Grant.”

“CCC is proud to support the Collision Repair Education Foundation and the industry’s future leaders,” said Joseph Allen, senior vice president of CCC. “The Education Foundation offers an invaluable opportunity for students, providing them with the tools to become successful repair professionals. It's critical that these students receive the education they need to build a stronger workforce for our industry. We could not be more excited for this opportunity and look forward to continuing our partnership.”

Applications for the makeover grant are due May 31. To apply, visit collisioneducationfoundation.org.
