May 12, 2011– CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced Wednesday the promotion of two CARSTAR executives.
Stacy Bartnik was promoted to vice president of field services, and William Ramirez was promoted to assistant vice president of human resources and administration.
Bartnik will oversee field services for the roughly 250 stores in CARSTAR’s U.S. franchise system. Her new responsibilities include re-defining field service to focus on a higher level of financial and operational performance. Bartnik will also oversee renewals of existing CARSTAR franchisees, according to CARSTAR.
Ramirez will focus on workforce planning and executive team development. He will be involved with CARSTAR’s advisory board, manage the annual Franchisee Summit Meeting and oversee the annual CARSTAR Franchisee Conference, according to CARSTAR.
