March 29, 2012

March 29, 2012—Automotive parts distributor Federated Auto Parts recently redesigned its website to offer more information for its members and service technician customers.

Federated Auto Parts’ website now offers new training, technician tips and videos. The website also provides information about the company’s marketing and support initiatives, such as its Car Care, Nationwide Warranty and Roadside Assistance programs.

“We have redesigned our website to make it more user-friendly and provide more pertinent information that our members and professional technician customers can use on a daily basis,” said John Marcum, marketing services manager for Federated Auto Parts, based in Staunton, Va. “We have made the site more interactive and a hub of information to help our service provider customers run their businesses and perform their jobs more efficiently and productively.”

The “Education and Training” page on Federated Auto Parts’ website now includes videos and training information from the company’s manufacturing partners, such as Standard, Delphi, AC Delco, KYB and NGK.

“The Federated Auto Parts website is a useful resource for visitors including members and professional service technicians who rely on Federated for top quality brand name parts,” Marcum said. “Our plan is to add even more information and videos in the future, and provide timely information about the great promotions we are running for our Car Care customers.”
