Nov. 11, 2011—Collex Collision Experts on Friday announced it won CSi Complete’s 2011 Clearly Elite award for customer satisfaction.
David Merell, vice president of sales and service for CSi Complete, said Collex Collision Experts won the award as a result of the company’s continuously high customer service indexing (CSI) and net promoter scores, and its community involvement.
