Nov. 22, 2011—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts on Monday announced it expanded the company’s insurance relations department, and named Marybeth Mack as program manager of insurance relations.
Mack will be responsible for managing assigned insurance programs and franchisees’ administrative compliance.
Mack most recently served as project manager for SIRVA Inc., where she worked with national van line partners and franchisees. Mack also helped launch an entrepreneurial business in Lenexa, Kan., and served on the merchandising team at Target Inc. in Minneapolis. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minn.

CARSTAR said the expansion of its insurance relations department is designed to provide a high level of support to all insurance partners, franchisees, insurance teams and other corporate departments. The expansion supports CARSTAR’s ongoing plans to create a foundation for growth, drive performance throughout the organization and more effectively allocate resources to serve the CARSTAR network.
