Nov. 17, 2010—The Automotive Service Association (ASA) announced on Wednesday the new prize tiers for the Chairman’s Club program.
Chairman’s Club is a grassroots member recruitment program that rewards members who recruit shops to become members of ASA, according to an ASA press release_notes. The program is point based with five points being rewarded to members for each new recruit. Three new tiers have been added to the program:
• Tier one: Members who earn 10 to 20 points will receive a $25 dinner certificate to a local restaurant of their choice.
• Tier two: Members who earn 25 to 35 will receive a $25 VISA gift card.
• Tier three: Members who earn 40 points will receive a $50 VISA gift card.
• Grand Prize: Members with the most points (at least 50) by Aug. 15, 2011, will receive an expense-paid trip to the 2011 CARS or NACE show. In the case of a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the winner.
“Recruiting other shops into an organization that is easily the best investment in our own businesses and in our industry is a win-win for all of us,” said Kevin Leiby, ASA’s 2010 Chairman’s Club winner. “Even with all of the money-saving benefits ASA offers, the networking and friendships established outweigh them all.”
