Boyd Group adds new repair center in Georgia

April 25, 2011 — The Boyd Group on Monday announced the opening of its 11th collision repair center in Georgia, its 98th facility nationwide.

Operating under the name Gerber Collision & Glass, the 15,000-square-foot facility in Savannah allows Boyd to serve the fourth largest city in the state.

“The opening of our latest start-up facility marks our entry into the eastern coastal area of Georgia, as we continue to execute on our strategy of expanding into select markets and growing our network of repair centers across North America,” said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. Operations. “We are very pleased to be able to serve new customers in Savannah.”
