Numbers: DRPs’ Effect on Key-to-Key Cycle Times

The less shops rely on DRPs, the shorter their key-to-key cycle times.

Roughly a third of the collision repair shops that responded to the 2020 FenderBender Industry Survey, 35 percent, said they aren’t involved in any direct repair programs. How do those shops compare to others that rely on DRPs for up to 59 percent of their revenue, or more than 60 percent, when it comes to the shops’ key-to-key cycle times?
