Tim Adelmann, Brad Weisberg join CREF’s Industry Leadership Circle

Oct. 20, 2011

Oct. 20, 2011—The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) on Thursday announced Tim Adelmann of ABRA Auto Body & Glass and Brad Weisberg of BodyShopBids.com were added to its Industry Leadership Circle through personal $1,000 donations to the organization.

The donations from Adelmann and Weisberg will assist the CREF in providing support to secondary and post-secondary collision repair students across the country, according to the CREF.

“I believe in the work that the Collision Repair Education Foundation is doing to assist new students interested in collision repair,” said Adelmann, ABRA’s executive vice president of business development. “Everyone agrees that there is a shortage of young collision repair technicians entering the industry, and I just felt it was time for me to personally give back to the industry that has provided so much to me and my family.”

“It's important that we invest in the future of our industry and provide our youth access to the best possible resources,” said Weisberg, founder and CEO of BodyShopBids.com. “It's our job to ensure that young technicians receive the necessary training to carry on the quality and craftsmanship customary to the industry. The Collision Repair Education Foundation is a tremendous initiative and I am thrilled to be a part of it.”
