Marco's Collision Centers grows to 11 locations

May 14, 2012

May 14, 2012—Marco’s Collision Centers in southern California has acquired two repair shops and is opening two more satellite facilities in greater Los Angeles.

The growth brings the family-operated, independently owned MSO up to 11 locations. Marco’s opened in 1972 and was awarded the first Verified Quality Medallion by VeriFacts Automotive.

The company plans to work to identify the new locations as VeriFacts Verified Quality Medallion shops. It also plans to include in their new shops the development of local management, customer service and repair teams to meet strict standards and fulfill insurance partner requests.

“This expansion signifies our commitment and unique capabilities to out-deliver other multiple store operators and consolidators in the market in critical key performance measures that are important to both our insurance partners and mutual customers,” said Lillian Maimone, chief executive officer of Marco’s.
