Sherwin-Williams to Host EcoLean Training in Cleveland

June 13, 2013—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will host its next
A-Plus University EcoLean training course June 25 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland in East Beachwood, Ohio.

Sherwin-Williams said the EcoLean training is designed to address the challenges that collision repair facilities face in today’s economic climate. The training will feature the company’s “Estimating Solutions for Profit” course, which focuses on how to close more sales and increase business at the front end of the body shop.

The course includes the following curriculum:

– How the accuracy of an estimate affects the production process
– Improving customer satisfaction by documenting materials used and work performed
– Including all necessary operations on estimates through a better understanding of P-Pages
– Improving financial performance
– Improving negotiation skills

The EcoLean training program is meant for all collision repair facility owners, managers, estimators and customer service representatives who are interested in improving closing ratios and creating loyal customers.
