AutoBody America acquires Arkansas collision center

April 10, 2012

April 10, 2012—AutoBody America, a collision repair operation based in Nashville, Tenn., on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Royal Coach Autobody in Fayetteville, Ark.

AutoBody America acquired Royal Coach Autobody due to the retirement of the collision center’s previous owner, Richard Greene.

“We are so grateful to pass our business on to AutoBody America,” Greene said. “My decision to retire was sealed once I met the ABA management team. I know our employees, customers, suppliers and insurance partners will be well-served by such a fine group of individuals.”

The 10,000-square-foot facility is AutoBody America’s third location in Arkansas. The company now operates a total of 19 collision repair centers throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

"Royal Coach fit perfectly into our growth plans for Northwest Arkansas,” said Patrick James, CEO of AutoBody America. “This facility has an excellent reputation in the community, an energetic team in place, a beautiful, well-equipped collision center and a desirable location. Richard Greene built a business to be very proud of, and we look forward to carrying on his legacy in the market for years to come.”
