Dec. 10, 2013—ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced its acquisition of two Affordable Auto Body CARSTAR repair centers just south of Milwaukee, Wis., located in Franklin and Cudahy.
“We were looking to expand and strengthen our presence in Wisconsin as part of our national growth strategy,” said ABRA’s president and CEO Duane Rouse. “Acquiring Affordable Auto Body CARSTAR gives us the opportunity to further develop relationships with our customers and insurance partners in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest.”
Today’s transaction brings the total number of ABRA repair centers in the state to 16 and increases the company’s corporate and franchise repair centers nationwide to 179 in 17 states.
