Collision Repair Education Foundation sells out golf fundraiser

March 17, 2011

March 17, 2011 — The Collision Repair Education Foundation’s 10th annual golf fundraiser sold out four months early, the foundation reported this week.

The event, organized to raise money for secondary and post-secondary collision student scholarships, as well as the $50,000 Ultimate Collision Education Makeover grant, is on pace to make more than $50,000 this year. That’s compared to $35,000 last year and $23,000 in 2009.

“The foundation’s summer golf fundraiser has had a continued streak of success through our industry participants and supporters,” said Scott Kruger, the foundation’s executive director.

Individuals interested in being placed on the event’s waiting list should contact Brandon Eckenrode, the foundation’s associate director of development, at [email protected] or 847.463.5244.
